The 2BA writing course is one of the integral components of the Practical English programme.
The main objective of this course is to develop and nurture 2BA students’ abilities to recognise, construct, and write two types of essays: expository (of 450-500 words) and argumentative (of 500-550 words). During this course, students will also be acquainted with basic mechanics of the writing process, the formal structure of the English essay and such organisational aspects of written language as style, register, grammar, and punctuation.
