Engagement and motivation in the classroom. How
to keep students excited while teaching a language?
Scientific research tells us a lot about what helps and what stops learning. The objective of this proseminar is to broaden the knowledge in the types of motivation in the process of learning as well as look closer at some ready to use techniques to keep students motivated and involved in the process of language learning. We are going to seek some great and loved by students teaching and learning ideas (such as escape rooms, learning stations, different challenges, board games, team games, gamification, new technology) and will try to adapt them to the realia of foreign language education in Polish classroom.
