Selected Issues in the History of American Art (Wybrane zagadnienia sztuki amerykańskiej) is a historically-grounded course designed to survey the main trends and ideas in American art. The syllabus is structured chronologically to facilitate a better understanding of both the inner tensions and the continuity of American artistic tradition. We will discuss the most representative artists and works of given periods and movements from the Colonial Period to end of the 20^th century.  [15-S1AME04-P15619]
