(For English version TURN HERE.)

Posiadacz konta UAM ma przypisane m.in. następujące dane:

  • Nazwę użytkownika UAM, np. abc123
  • Adres email UAM: abc123@amu.edu.pl (Pracownik) albo abc123@st.amu.edu.pl (Student)

🇬🇧 The newly modernized AMU Moodle E-learning Platform consists of a set of Moodle installations, with a unified authentication system (CAS). To access any of the new AMU Moodle's you need your AMU account (a.k.a. USOS account among AMU Teaching Staff). With your AMU account, you receive:

  • AMU username: e.g. abc123
  • AMU email address: abc123@amu.edu.pl (Staff) or abc123@st.amu.edu.pl (Students)
  • One central password to all AMU systems (a.k.a “USOS password”)
To log into CAS and your AMU Moodle, please enter:
  • your AMU username - ideally (alternatively your AMU email might work)
  • your USOS password.

Should you encounter problems entering Moodle after successfully authentticating via CA, please consult this page.

If you use the Moodle mobile app, please copy the WWW link of your specific AMU Moodle site (e.g. https://lms.amu.edu.pl/owko) and enter it into the app ("site address") when first logging in - in order to connect the app to the platform, and then log in as appropriate. (It is also possible to put the right address into the app by scanning the QR code displayed on your Moodle profile page on the computer screen.) The CAS authentication wndow will open in your device's default browser and then take you back to the Moodle app.

NOTE: Some AMU Moodle platforms do not depend on CAS - e.g. some sites of the older E-learning Platform (version prior to 2021/22). To login there (also in the Moodle mobile app), enter:

  • your full AMU email address as your login, e.g. abc123@amu.edu.pl (Staff) or abc123@st.amu.edu.pl (Students and most PhD Students)
  • your USOS password

If you face problems logging into a Moodle that does not use CAS, follow advice on this page.

NOTE: Some Moodle courses may have been opened by Teachers for anonymous guests without an AMU account - after the correct password is entered (set by the Teacher). After logging in as a guest, you will be able to browse the available course contents, but you will be unable to perform any input tasks. Note that guest access works only in the internet browser, not in the Moodle mobile app.
