The aim of this course is to familiarize students with a wide range of cultural phenomena (ranging from literature, visual arts, architecture, music etc.) in the Low Countries, which are presented against a background of historical, social and political transformations.
The course concludes with a written exam (after the second semester) which encompasses the material from two semesters of both components of the module: Cultural History of the Low Countries 3 and 4.
