This course (15-ZHN-SN-11-2) has an introductory character and offers an overview of the history of the Low Countries, starting from prehistory, through the middle ages, the Golden Age, the Age of Enlightenment, industrialization and the 19th century, World Wars, up till the modern times. Students are familiarized with the most important events and historical figures and learn how to trace development of historical processes. The course is conducted in Polish. Evaluation is based on a written test.
