Are you a new Teacher at WA (=Faculty of English)? Please READ THIS.

To get started with our e-Learning tools, the Faculty's main office will need your contract signed, so the WA USOS coordinators can enter your data into the systems and request / finalize your AMU MS 365 email address and your USOS (Studies Information System) account with the central AMU IT units.

1. If you are a full-time employee or a former AMU student / employee, you will have one central password for all AMU services. 

2. If you are a new guest lecturer or a new part-time lecturer and you never studied or worked at AMU before, you may end up logging in differently:

  • for AMU's licensed MS 365 services, such as MS Teams and Outlook, you will use a [temporary] AMU MS 365 Outlook email and one password;
  • for AMU's in-house services (e.g. Moodle / USOS / Eduroam wifi) you will login using a specially assigned numbered account and a different password.

You need to be able to access both systems to take full advantage of WA's e-Learning and electronic communication facilities.
